White, Slow Grown Barn Reared Shropshire Turkey
Our fresh barn reared slow grown traditional turkeys our famous for their wonderful plump and meaty taste. You will not be disappointed with our turkeys and when cooked they are fantastic center piece ON any table. Don’t forget the goose fat for the crispy roast potatoes.
Rub the turkey all over with olive oil or melted clarified Butter; this helps the turkey brown evenly. Sprinkle the turkey with salt to help crisp the skin. After roasting, let the turkey rest for roughly 20-30 minutes (enough time to make the gravy)
