The lamb chop is a classic lamb cut. With chop consisting of the loin eye and fillet its gives it an exquisite taste.
Remember to let the lamb come to room temperature (30 – 60 minutes) before you cook it and don’t forget to rest the lamb for about 2-4 minutes before eating.
